Alex Wallace

Alex is a 2nd year Ph.D. student studying clinical neuropsychology at UWM. He earned his B.S. in Psychology from University of Iowa. After college he worked as a research assistant for Dr. Jatin Vaidya and Dr. Dan O'Leary at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics studying adolescent brain development, substance use, and risky behavior.
 
Alex’s research interests focus on the interaction of externalizing symptoms, specifically substance use and attention and how it relates to psychological tasks. Additionally, he is interested in the brain development of adolescents and young adults who engage in substance use behaviors.
